In the 15th minute Feng Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Rochet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Helge Pihlberg made a precise shot to the right of Máximo Correia. Sporting Buceo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Feng Jun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Buceo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feng Jun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Duro Back. Máximo Correia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anacleto Gaizkine in the 34th minute. When The dogs's Helge Pihlberg in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
