The wind increased when Ulryk Bartochowski made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Hryc in the 51st minute of play forced Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daron Joseph might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radoslaw Duszenski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
