In the 12th minute Fabian Gurgul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Fabian Gurgul made a precise shot to the right of Rhys Dimmock. Zamalek FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 20th minute Rudolf Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Davis Duff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The supporters of Zamalek FC booed when BELAJ BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Arhenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vincent Granström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Kirkpatrick went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. BELAJ BOYS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
