Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fidel Gaitano kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Atilano Silbestre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Atilano Silbestre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the game, Jairo Tino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Jairo Tino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Ove Colin in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Domínguez AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Tino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 25th minute of play forced Domínguez AFC's goalkeeper Omar Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Domínguez AFC's Jairo Tino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Sven-Ove Colin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Humberto Hermon lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Gaitano got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 47th minute, Fidel Gaitano made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sven-Ove Colin hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Gaitano in the 56th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Hermon in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Humberto Hermon made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Tino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bernabe Weterio who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Domínguez AFC's Bernabe Weterio to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Colin in the 83rd minute of play. Kiur Erik made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sven-Ove Colin however managed to control. In the 90th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jairo Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
