Philipp Van Emelen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafal Rudnyak in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Lenberg saved Neuros och Psykos from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Tim Stevens managed to get in a good position for a shot. de belletrekkers's supporters rose to their feet, but Tim Stevens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilbert Lenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Rafal Rudnyak notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Neuros och Psykos's Gilbert Lenberg. Gilbert Lenberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egil Molander was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Neuros och Psykos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 45th minute, Paulus Van Hove ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilbert Lenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Egil Molander to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Neuros och Psykos's zone, Inocencio Ariando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Lenberg came out of the goal and Inocencio Ariando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulus Van Hove fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Lenberg having to interfere. Neuros och Psykos's Gilbert Lenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Neuros och Psykos from getting a goal against them. Neuros och Psykos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulus Van Hove was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 76th minute, Rafal Rudnyak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilbert Lenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Gilbert Lenberg was a little too slow when Rafal Rudnyak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 86th minute Allan Abbas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Jens-Åke Wahlström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this De-la-Cruz de Alcântara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 90th minute, Quirce Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Paulus Van Hove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Lenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafal Rudnyak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Gilbert Lenberg made a huge save. When the match was over de belletrekkers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Neuros och Psykos throughout the match.
