Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Raymond in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guy Davis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guy Davis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Raymond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guy Davis was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the game, Alvaro Raymond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. Guy Davis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guy Davis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Raymond went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Kajetan Gdowik took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guy Davis. Guy Davis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 33 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guy Davis. Holy Cross Mountains's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 37th minute, Alvaro Raymond left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Despidida AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 40th minute of the match Despidida AFC got a corner. Holy Cross Mountains's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. When Alvaro Raymond came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Despidida AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Raymond couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Alvaro Raymond ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guy Davis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horea Decuseară to make the kick off. Guy Davis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Raymond showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 53 minute of play. Holy Cross Mountains's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Alvaro Raymond scored to the left of an out of position Guy Davis, making the score, 0-8. Despidida AFC made a substitution. Pastor Tino replaced Kajetan Gdowik. 62 minutes into the match, Emiliano Velasco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guy Davis, 0-9. In the 69th minute, Franz Stonehouse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guy Davis was a little too slow when Emiliano Velasco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-10.
