In the 8th minute Hauk Hareide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Davis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Holy Cross Mountains from getting a goal against them. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hauk Hareide in the 20th minute of play. Hauk Hareide received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Guy Davis came out and tried to block the shot, but Hauk Hareide slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hauk Hareide stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Hauk Hareide sped through Holy Cross Mountains's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guy Davis. 56 minutes into the game, La Bichineta's Hauk Hareide nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guy Davis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 61 minutes into the game, Roque Terron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holy Cross Mountains's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Bichineta the free kick. The supporters of La Bichineta booed when Holy Cross Mountains was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Terron didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Bichineta's Vennard Rojak was substituted for Dorival de Azevedo. In the 62nd match minute, Holy Cross Mountains was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Terron to maneuver through the defense. Guy Davis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sun Yuan Zheng in the 63rd minute of play. The ball had pretty good speed, but Silvestre Peli firmly grabbed it by the left post. La Bichineta's Amado Filipo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Reynaldo Mede in the 75 minute of the game. Albert Booth made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hugon Budacz immediately put the ball in play. After 80 minutes, Felix Castel made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Holy Cross Mountains were furious when Peter Steadman was red carded, 84 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Holy Cross Mountains! Holy Cross Mountains:s Guy Davis showed great skill when he stopped Toto Ferdi:s penalty. Guy Davis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Abancens went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Guy Davis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Abancens in the 90th minute of the match. Holy Cross Mountains's Guy Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Abancens in the 91st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Carolo Abancens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guy Davis was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Guy Davis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carolo Abancens in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guy Davis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The La Bichineta fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when La Bichineta's Carolo Abancens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 97th minute Carolo Abancens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guy Davis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felix Castel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Bichineta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
