The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Voicu got free with De-la-Cruz de Alcântara in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that De-la-Cruz de Alcântara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. VILLARREAL UNITED's Yusuf Kaya got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the VILLARREAL UNITED players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
