Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Teo Eguen made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Drumcode got a freekick which was hit by Damian Nabar. Fabricio Mancio came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Arnaldo Gabon. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Gabon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Drumcode's Fabricio Mancio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Drumcode from getting a goal against them. After having played for 11 minutes, Elpidio Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Francis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elpidio Francis scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabricio Mancio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Teo Eguen fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Drumcode's protests and gave Teo Eguen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA booed when Drumcode was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Eguen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drumcode's Fabricio Mancio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Francis in the 27th minute of play. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Carignano, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, Drumcode was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Tauro to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Mancio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Francis in the 39th minute. Teo Eguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Mancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Francis in the 44th minute of play. Elpidio Francis might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Mancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elpidio Francis ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabricio Mancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elpidio Francis was the one to do the kick off. Fabricio Mancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Gabon in the 52nd minute of play. André Monclús's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabricio Mancio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesar Carignano in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Branislav Velchevski saved ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting behind. Zacarias Osorio's late challenge caught a Drumcode's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Branislav Velchevski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Drumcode made a substitution. Ismael Tebaldo replaced Ksawery Witek. Fabio-Roman Van Alboom made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dante Leobardo however managed to control. Fabricio Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Monclús, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. André Monclús recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA had won after a very even match.
