When Teodosio De Silva came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Proson FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio De Silva couldn't finish the play. Proson FC's Carmelo Abajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuri Çırakoğlu in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ got a corner. Proson FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bill Nietlispach ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dong Cheng Si sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Uğur Erkovich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Nuri Çırakoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albertino Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Kasım Okanalp made a huge save. Albertino Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasım Okanalp having to interfere. Kasım Okanalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Gaskon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 43 minutes on the clock, Dorinel Munteanu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albertino Bezerra made a kick off. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Kasım Okanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Bezerra in the 51st minute of play. Kasım Okanalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertino Bezerra in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Dong Cheng Si got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Proson FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Abajas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59th minute ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ were awarded a corner. Bill Nietlispach went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bill Nietlispach hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, Proson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio De Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Saturnino Gaskon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Proson FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 68th minute, 顾康晨 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmelo Abajas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dong Cheng Si, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dong Cheng Si received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Carmelo Abajas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77thth minute ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Uğur Erkovich made a couple of brazen moves and fired away a shot to the left hand side of Proson FC's goalie, Carmelo Abajas, understanding what was about to happen, managed to get hold of the ball just before it went behind the net. A nice save by Carmelo Abajas. The corner led ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Bill Nietlispach to fire away a dangerous shot which Carmelo Abajas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Uğur Erkovich recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carmelo Abajas. Uğur Erkovich showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 余林海 hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Dong Cheng Si made a precise shot to the right of Carmelo Abajas. Proson FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dong Cheng Si in the 93rd minute of play forced Proson FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Abajas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Gerardo Kinsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasım Okanalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
