Flying Dutch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Domselaar the free kick. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rodolfo Santos hit a great ball. If Cido de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Poncio in the 16th minute of play forced Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Luís Paulo Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Thiago de Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flying Dutch's protests and gave Thiago de Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. Domselaar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Niceto Xacintu scored to the left of an out of position You Jing Jun, making the score, 1-0. Luís Paulo Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Poncio in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Flying Dutch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Ivașcu to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute Leonardo Poncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Domselaar got a corner. Flying Dutch's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Shen Feng Yi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 37 minutes, Andres Cubas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Domselaar and the Flying Dutch players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Domselaar getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Andres Cubas hit a great ball. Luís Paulo Romero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Poncio's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Shen Feng Yi hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Niceto Xacintu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but You Jing Jun was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. 2-0 became the score in the 48th minute when Niceto Xacintu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ni Lei Shi hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Domselaar's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Xacintu came free, but You Jing Jun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Paulo Romero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Poncio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 92 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Poncio got free with Luís Paulo Romero in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexsandro Tróia in the 97th minute of play forced Domselaar's goalkeeper You Jing Jun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Domselaar defense, Alexsandro Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of You Jing Jun. The Domselaar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that You Jing Jun should have stopped the shot.
