When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Anibal Lluques sped through Proson FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carmelo Abajas. Anibal Lluques's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carmelo Abajas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Carmelo Abajas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Lluques's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The audience was convinced that Anibal Lluques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Abajas was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Julian Raymundo was slow to take the kick. During this time Q. T. I.'s players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Haroldo Montrel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anibal Lluques made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Julian Raymundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Q. T. I.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Raymundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Abajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carmelo Abajas made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Anibal Lluques sent off a good shot on target. I.'s Lisandro Abeita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carmelo Abajas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Q. T. I. reached it. Carmelo Abajas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Lluques's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. A sloppy throw-in by 余林海 in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Q. T. I.'s Faustino Txerran. After 74 played minutes Proson FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Quintun. Anibal Lluques struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Carmelo Abajas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Q. T. I.. Casimiro Guillelmus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Carmelo Abajas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Maximino Lorenz in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Proson FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Abajas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Maximino Lorenz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Abajas was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertino Bezerra in the 91st minute of the match. Carmelo Abajas came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Q. T. I.'s Anibal Lluques. But to his dismay, Anibal Lluques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Q. T. I. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
