The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mauricio Naldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Cubas in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo fc's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Jon came free, but Mauricio Naldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes, Leonardo Poncio made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. San Lorenzo fc's Mauricio Naldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabio Tancredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 尤景骏 having to interfere. Andres Cubas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Richard Adamson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Cubas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Poncio scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Naldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute, Edgard Sindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Richard Adamson made a precise shot to the right of Mauricio Naldo. San Lorenzo fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 40 played minutes San Lorenzo fc got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Feo. 尤景骏 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Tancredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domselaar's 尤景骏 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Tancredo in the 46th minute of play. The San Lorenzo fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Domselaar were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Tancredo to make the kick off. Mauricio Naldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard Adamson in the 52nd minute. Mauricio Naldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Poncio in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Domselaar's Martin Jon got a free kick in the 55th minute. With his leg Mauricio Naldo managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Domselaar's Leonardo Poncio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of San Lorenzo fc booed when Domselaar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Adamson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Poncio might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauricio Naldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Poncio ran back to his position shaking his head. Richard Adamson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauricio Naldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. When Domselaar's Leonardo Poncio in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 90th minute, Martin Jon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauricio Naldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 97 minutes into the match, Domselaar's Leonardo Poncio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauricio Naldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
