With a little luck, Tirense F.C.'s Washington de Lara got control of the ball when Pascual Burni tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Tirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Damião Granja came free, but Washington de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tirense F.C.'s Washington de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damião Granja in the 11th minute of play. Washington de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Zhi Ke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Naike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Emilian Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
