An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Firman in the 3rd minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohieddine Ayari struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Cristian Vladimirescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERRO PORTEÑO. Riesgo Cero's Haldun Mahir got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Riesgo Cero's 庄潮宽 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jiang Lei. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. The throw-in from Haldun Mahir in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CERRO PORTEÑO's Edward Spets. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohieddine Ayari in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kubilay İmge in the 22nd minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Moreno Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jiang Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 庄潮宽 in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei got control of the ball when Lech Biskupiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 40th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Cristian Vladimirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jiang Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kubilay İmge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, 庄潮宽 took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jiang Lei to make any attempt to save it. Riesgo Cero made a substitution. Donato Odilon replaced Marco Jorrin. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 58 minutes CERRO PORTEÑO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Patryk Dziczek who took care of the corner kick. Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Riesgo Cero from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Lech Biskupiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Mohieddine Ayari was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CERRO PORTEÑO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riesgo Cero the free kick. If Patryk Dziczek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Kubilay İmge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riesgo Cero's supporters rose to their feet, but Kubilay İmge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jiang Lei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Vladimirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moreno Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CERRO PORTEÑO's Jiang Lei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄潮宽 in the 92nd minute of play. Amadeo Firman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 97th match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kubilay İmge to maneuver through the defense. Mohieddine Ayari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Vladimirescu having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the CERRO PORTEÑO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Riesgo Cero.
