PLUMIN's Cirilo Salvino was substituted for Delmiro Mel. The KoLiber players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PLUMIN were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cirilo Salvino made a kick off. The coaching staff of PLUMIN protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Teobaldo Peli had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 97th minute, one of PLUMIN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PLUMIN. When the final whistle sounded PLUMIN left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KoLiber.
