With a left leg Gilvan Sanches saved Green Squad FC from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Green Squad FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sundström came free, but Gilvan Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulisses Antunes charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulisses Antunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Kurdistan's attentive Keefer Carragher managed to snatch the ball when Damaso Rivas made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Lars Sundström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damaso Rivas made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Kurdistan's Keefer Carragher. After a defensive mix-up in Green Squad FC's zone, Lars Sundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilvan Sanches came out of the goal and Lars Sundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Lars Sundström put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gilvan Sanches. FC Kurdistan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
