Grayson Gruenigen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Catarinense in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Leme in the 6th minute of play forced Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalkeeper Grayson Gruenigen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute of the match CRISDIELDAN got a corner. Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Qiao Yan Jie ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marquinhos Leme in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grayson Gruenigen saved Fischverband Ostschweiz from getting behind. Grayson Gruenigen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Radomil Ligas fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fischverband Ostschweiz's protests and gave Radomil Ligas a yellow card for diving instead. 22 minutes into the match, CRISDIELDAN's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Meira came free, but Ediberto Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, CRISDIELDAN's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Meyer came free, but Ediberto Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Marquinhos Leme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Fischverband Ostschweiz's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Catarinense came free, but Grayson Gruenigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the CRISDIELDAN defense, Radomil Ligas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ediberto Porto. The CRISDIELDAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ediberto Porto should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, CRISDIELDAN's Ediberto Porto got control of the ball when Arturo Pfäffli tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radomil Ligas to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Leme lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Grayson Gruenigen. In the 59th minute, Jadon Medina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Fischverband Ostschweiz getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Arturo Pfäffli hit a great ball. Marquinhos Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Timofej Felder the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fischverband Ostschweiz protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Timofej Felder had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 66th minute, one of Fischverband Ostschweiz:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fischverband Ostschweiz. The audience was convinced that Marquinhos Leme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grayson Gruenigen was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Antônio Carlos Tande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antônio Carlos Tande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grayson Gruenigen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. CRISDIELDAN were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Fischverband Ostschweiz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Qiao Yan Jie took the corner. After taking down the ball on CRISDIELDAN's corner Qiao Yan Jie fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Grayson Gruenigen quite easily take care of the ball. Grayson Gruenigen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antônio Carlos Tande showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 97 minute of play.
