Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benê Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Jonathan Alphonse notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vila Industrial FC's Benê Simão. Benê Simão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alphonse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Benê Simão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Jonathan Alphonse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benê Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Benê Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Alphonse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Ernso Constant had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benê Simão. Vila Industrial FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernso Constant was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 31 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alphonse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Benê Simão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raymond Louis made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vila Industrial FC's Tiaguinho Cunha. Benê Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernso Constant in the 42nd minute of play. A throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game was made by Philippe Ambroise with Jonathan Alphonse as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 44th minute, Jonathan Alphonse made a precise shot to the right of Benê Simão. Vila Industrial FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After the first half Haiti were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Pirani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Ravi Lopes put in a rough tackle. 61 minutes into the game, one of Vila Industrial FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute Teodoro Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernso Constant during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Ernso Constant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Teodoro Pirani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Ernso Constant got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 77 minutes of play, Vila Industrial FC's Teodoro Pirani made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vila Industrial FC's Benê Simão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Vila Industrial FC from getting a goal against them. If Jonathan Alphonse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The throw-in from Raymond Louis in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vila Industrial FC's Manuel Tande. In the 96th minute, Caco da Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gesner Philippe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Haiti could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vila Industrial FC throughout the match.
