A collision led to LOBO 1908 getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Fergus Forester hit a great ball. Adilson Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Bezerra in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernani Montenegro got free with Thiago Pliego in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 23 minutes, Ernani Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOBO 1908's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernani Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Montenegro in the 32nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Montenegro in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Montenegro in the 39th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 43rd minute of play forced LOBO 1908's goalkeeper Adilson Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adilson Moraes. Adilson Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Montenegro in the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LOBO 1908 made a substitution. Grisha Mbappè replaced Ernani Montenegro. Marquinhos Sharkin kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adilson Moraes. Adilson Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 80 minutes into the match, LOBO 1908's Jurgen Iwens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Orlando Casaus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Orlando Casaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson Moraes having to interfere. After 89 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Alberto Sá who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on LOBO 1908's corner Carlos Alberto Sá fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. Grisha Mbappè's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Grisha Mbappè put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego. In the 96th minute, Yuri Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Chile could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LOBO 1908 throughout the match.
