In the 30th minute, Fajteri's Eliseo Mano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Honduras's Christian Sancho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ersan Šokčević, made in the 35th minute of the game. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Lautaro Navarro when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Kostja Vertot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 44th minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseo Mano to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Leandro Paredes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Paredes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Eliseo Mano sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mano in the 68th minute of play. Fajteri made a substitution. Tiburcio Abadie replaced Leandro Paredes. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Armando Vogrinčič blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Vogrinčič in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fajteri's Kostja Vertot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armando Vogrinčič's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Fajteri's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Kostja Vertot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Armando Vogrinčič notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro.
