Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Virgílio Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgílio Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgílio Montenegro. Virgílio Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Barrera 2.0's Virgílio Montenegro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgílio Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 15th minute of play. Virgílio Montenegro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgílio Montenegro saved FC Barrera 2.0 from getting behind. Virgílio Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgílio Montenegro was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After 27 minutes of play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgílio Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gildo Novaes during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gildo Novaes hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Virgílio Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FC Barrera 2.0's Virgílio Montenegro. Virgílio Montenegro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgílio Montenegro saved FC Barrera 2.0 from getting behind. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Diego Senna hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgílio Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Virgílio Montenegro came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmundo Espiga slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 52nd minute. After 55 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. FC Barrera 2.0's Virgílio Montenegro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Sebastian Villa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgílio Montenegro. The goal made the score 0-8. Virgílio Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgílio Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute of the game Diego Senna made a throw-in which Adalberto Pinheiro played forward. Virgílio Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 68th minute of play. FC Barrera 2.0's Virgílio Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC Barrera 2.0 from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Virgílio Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Adalberto Pinheiro fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Barrera 2.0's protests and gave Adalberto Pinheiro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Adalberto Pinheiro hit a great ball. During the 85th minute of the match Adalberto Pinheiro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adalberto Pinheiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 85 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Pinheiro. Honduras's Moises Tafalla pulled a muscle in his leg after 86 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Diego Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Honduras made a substitution. Xavier Costa replaced Moises Tafalla. After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Diego Senna got a free kick in the 87th minute. During the 91st minute of the match Gildo Novaes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gildo Novaes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Gildo Novaes hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, FC Barrera 2.0's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmundo Espiga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. FC Barrera 2.0's Virgílio Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 95th minute of play. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
