If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Jula took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. bullfinches's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aron Costea in the 21st minute. After taking down the ball on bullfinches's corner Aron Costea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joaquin Gayoso quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Liviu Zubaşcu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Liviu Zubaşcu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 25th minute of play forced bullfinches's goalkeeper Alexandru Ispirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Alexandru Ispirescu. bullfinches's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Alex Jula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Jula in the 33rd minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. Camilo Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Bruno Beldad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Jula got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aron Costea who took care of the corner kick. Narcis Banica hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, one of Uruguay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Uruguay. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandru Ispirescu having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of bullfinches's Alexandru Ispirescu. Alexandru Ispirescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 75th minute of play forced bullfinches's goalkeeper Alexandru Ispirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Jula in the 77th minute of the match. bullfinches's Alexandru Ispirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save bullfinches from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Jula came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandru Ispirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Escribano went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Alexandru Ispirescu came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Liviu Zubaşcu in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Alex Jula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The bullfinches fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-5. When Alex Jula came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the bullfinches fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Jula couldn't finish the play. Camilo Covarrubias lost his temper 96 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
