Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. When Juan Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Juan Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 6th minute. Benjamin Kvammen, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 11 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis. 21 minutes into the game, Stig-Åke Molander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Benjamin Kvammen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Robinho Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Vladimir do Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Axel Tasis was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Vladimir do Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by DJVAGALUMY FC.'s Vladimir do Vale. But to his dismay, Vladimir do Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Linares was the one to do the kick off. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Linares in the 53rd minute of play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir do Vale in the 58th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Benjamin Kvammen made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Téo Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Téo Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Daniel Linares hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Robinho Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Molander in the 76th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Téo Furtado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Kvammen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Kvammen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimir do Vale in the 92nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DJVAGALUMY FC.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
