Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tytus Drab went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Tytus Drab was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. MATRIX TEAM's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alberto Gisbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobiasz Niedzwiecki having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brad Ridding got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Jakisz in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Brad Ridding kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Damazy Jakisz might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damazy Jakisz ran back to his position shaking his head. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Albert Stenqvist, made in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 33rdth minute of the game Francisco Seco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MATRIX TEAM's Tobiasz Niedzwiecki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brad Ridding scored 3-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, Damazy Jakisz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. When Brad Ridding fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MATRIX TEAM's protests and gave Brad Ridding a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes MATRIX TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Brad Ridding. Brad Ridding's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brad Ridding was the one to do the kick off. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Brad Ridding's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Tobiasz Niedzwiecki made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. MATRIX TEAM's Brad Ridding got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Francisco Seco hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Lech Lele made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lech Lele went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Camilo Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Brad Ridding stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Brad Ridding tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
