Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wincent Rode's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 20th minute of play forced CRS Pogoń Barlinek's goalkeeper Evert Telin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Zbigniew Dziurowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evert Telin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
