Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4thth minute of the game Alberto Tafalla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SoS FC's Karl-Erik Larsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th match minute, SoS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mårten Majman to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão de Amorim in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedrão de Amorim in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to SoS FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bo Jelm hit a great ball. Karl-Erik Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Leoz in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by SoS FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Pedrão de Amorim scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The corner led to SoS FC's Bo Jelm getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Eduard Gâgea came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the SoS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Gâgea couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leif Duset during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leif Duset hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Macos Graciani made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joel Gaona however managed to control.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedrão de Amorim made a kick off. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Marek Jaraczewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Karl-Erik Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Karl-Erik Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 65th minute of the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SoS FC made a substitution. Tommy Boylin replaced Pedrão de Amorim. Macos Graciani hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Boylin came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Erik Larsson came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Karl-Erik Larsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 92nd minute. Many of Mexico's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mexico may have spent more time on the ball, but SoS FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
