Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Severiano Gutierrez kicked off to start the match. Claudio Aznar made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Viviano Soto sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th match minute, Club Deportivo O IRIXO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacio Lara to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Gutierrez came free, but Claudio Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Gutierrez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Claudio Aznar made a huge save. Xilo Aguilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Severiano Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Gutierrez came free, but Claudio Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes, U21 Spain's Adrián Serena shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claudio Aznar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in U21 Spain reached it. Claudio Aznar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viviano Soto went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the game, Fermín Trujillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 Spain the free kick. A collision led to Club Deportivo O IRIXO getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Fermín Trujillo hit a great ball. Josu Pabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xilo Aguilo having to interfere. Claudio Aznar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Severiano Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes Club Deportivo O IRIXO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Etxatxu De Pablo who took care of the corner kick. Claudio Aznar made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Severiano Gutierrez sent off a good shot on target. Claudio Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Gutierrez in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, U21 Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés-Fernando Gonzalvez came free, but Xilo Aguilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Severiano Gutierrez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrei Gil made a kick off. When Severiano Gutierrez came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the U21 Spain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Gutierrez couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severiano Gutierrez in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Aznar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the game, U21 Spain's Severiano Gutierrez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Aznar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Viviano Soto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Aznar having to make a save. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Claudio Aznar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Gutierrez in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Viviano Soto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Claudio Aznar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. U21 Spain's Galo Campos was substituted for Etxatxu De Pablo. U21 Spain's Pere Montaña was substituted for Severiano Gutierrez. Claudio Aznar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epicuro Izquierdo in the 68th minute of the match. Claudio Aznar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epicuro Izquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Claudio Aznar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pere Montaña in the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Galo Campos came free, but Claudio Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Epicuro Izquierdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Aznar was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0.
