Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 61 PIMMS FC's Selman Özçelik started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hao Yan Ying might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hao Yan Ying ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hao Yan Ying, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 10th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günalp Taştan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Gisbert made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by 61 PIMMS FC's Kazuo Tachibana. 61 PIMMS FC's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 17th minute of play forced 61 PIMMS FC's goalkeeper Günalp Taştan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Günalp Taştan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hao Yan Ying showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selman Özçelik in the 24th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Günalp Taştan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 2-1 after 29 minutes of play. Günalp Taştan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, 61 PIMMS FC's Kazuo Tachibana got a free kick in the 36th minute. 61 PIMMS FC's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play. Hao Yan Ying blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hao Yan Ying in the 42nd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Selman Özçelik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Nusrettin Tanaltay's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nusrettin Tanaltay helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Günalp Taştan could save by the left post. In the 63rd minute Valentín Montaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hao Yan Ying sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 67th match minute, 61 PIMMS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Montaña to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Günalp Taştan however easily saved by the left post. After 73 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the 61 PIMMS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of 61 PIMMS FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 PIMMS FC made a substitution. Alessandro Costacurta replaced Nusrettin Tanaltay. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Günalp Taştan. 61 PIMMS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After having played for 84 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Hao Yan Ying came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hao Yan Ying during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 61 PIMMS FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Hao Yan Ying hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Selman Özçelik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
