Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Robbe Stroobans kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Robbe Stroobans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Robbe Stroobans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Peretu City 09's Robbe Stroobans slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Alex Cambeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Cambeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Peretu City 09 booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marin Bosânceanu. Suleiman Süleyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. When Peretu City 09's Suleiman Süleyman in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 29th minute Suleiman Süleyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Robbe Stroobans sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Toldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francesco Toldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 39th minute of play forced Peretu City 09's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Suleiman Süleyman scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute Suleiman Süleyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Panama booed when Peretu City 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Kiempe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbe Stroobans in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Marcial Abar made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 82nd minute Marcial Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Panama's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marin Bosânceanu was slow to take the kick. During this time Peretu City 09's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Peretu City 09's Marin Bosânceanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Cotilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
