After a rather tough play, Peru's Eliseo Mina got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Valerio Spadoni took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 8th minute of the game Bruce Cornforth made a throw-in which Mario Alberto Abascal played forward. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 22nd minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerio Spadoni in the 26th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Mourelatos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Ariel Mourelatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Valerio Spadoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Alberto Abascal in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Alberto Abascal in the 43rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Prats didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Alberto Abascal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Shi Sha Quan kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

In the 52nd minute, Julian Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Alberto Abascal in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruce Cornforth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruce Cornforth to maneuver through the defense. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ariel Mourelatos made a huge save. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 84th minute of play. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Sture Raknes kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Amboy FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
