Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristian Nevares got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Cedro. After 8 minutes of play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flávio Terra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Nevares. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Florentino Cedro took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of SC Conceição booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the SC Conceição defense, Tomas Berganza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flávio Terra. The SC Conceição fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flávio Terra should have stopped the shot. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Cristian Nevares sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Nevares came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Nevares's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Conceição's goalkeeper Flávio Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. In the 56thth minute of the game Florentino Cedro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flávio Terra made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in SC Conceição's zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flávio Terra came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Cedro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Panama's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kauã Rezende was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Conceição's players had a chance to rest. The corner led SC Conceição's Kauã Rezende to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Cotilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 71st minute of the match, Abraham Alguacil got a very nice opportunity to score, but Flávio Terra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Nevares in the 73rd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Cedro in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Kauã Rezende. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Florentino Cedro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Conceição's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Cedro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, SC Conceição's Álvaro Velloso got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute, Florentino Cedro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Panama had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
