The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Kind of Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joacim Hansson to maneuver through the defense. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski got control of the ball when Sebastian Käller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilhelm Galle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Sebastian Käller reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pankracy Glogowski. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 29th minute, Sebastian Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kind of Blue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 33rd minute Paolo Caradaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zhuo Ke Le had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şevket Çağa in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Sebastian Käller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Käller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Caradaro in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Aznar. After having played for 46 minutes, Sebastian Käller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kind of Blue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Käller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şevket Çağa made a kick off. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Käller in the 51st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Sebastian Käller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kind of Blue's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Käller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pankracy Glogowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle got control of the ball when Paolo Caradaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kind of Blue's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joacim Hansson in the 58th minute. The corner led Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini to fire away a dangerous shot which Pankracy Glogowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 61st minute of play. Marcos Berdoi struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Wilhelm Galle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Atlanta. Sebastian Käller ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the game, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pankracy Glogowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Kind of Blue's Jonny Lagerberg was substituted for Anastasios Pallini. Sebastian Käller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. Pankracy Glogowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Käller's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joacim Hansson was slow to take the kick. During this time Kind of Blue's players had a chance to rest. The referee gave Kind of Blue a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastian Käller, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski. 5-1.
