The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Milko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludomil Ziomkowski. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. In the 6th minute, Igor Milko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ludomil Ziomkowski. The goal made the score 2-0. Igor Milko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ludomil Ziomkowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. Igor Milko came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ludomil Ziomkowski could save by the left post. 13 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Valentin Bernal. Valentin Bernal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Afonso da Cunha scored 2-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentin Bernal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ludomil Ziomkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dagoberto Moraes in the 22nd minute. Afonso da Cunha took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Bernal. Valentin Bernal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 32nd minute Afonso da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Milko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ludomil Ziomkowski made a huge save. After 37 played minutes Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Igor Milko. If Virgiawan Laturua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Albuquerque mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ and the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Albuquerque hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Milko to make the kick off. Afonso da Cunha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-5 in the 69th playminute. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Valentin Bernal made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
