Borys Gruchacz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Prospero Perfecto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but A.J. 韩文海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Mané Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Joinville Esporte Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Mané Lara scored to the left of an out of position A.J. 韩文海, making the score, 2-1. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Sena in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Joinville Esporte Clube's goalkeeper A.J. 韩文海 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mané Lara. After a rather tough play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Prospero Perfecto got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Gino Vander sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Borys Gruchacz skillfully saved the ball. In the 40th minute, Júnior Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Borys Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Gimeno in the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Sena made a kick off. 64 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Gimeno came free, but Borys Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Lennart Khan was substituted for Didi Cardozo. Joinville United - FSCMZ made a substitution. Maurício Donatello replaced Mané Lara. Bahattin Çeliker didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Prospero Perfecto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joinville United - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Perfecto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jerry Uchiha scored 2-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Borys Gruchacz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A.J. 韩文海 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Donatello in the 75th minute of play. In the 81st minute Jerry Uchiha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borys Gruchacz made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Victor Sena sent off a good shot on target. If Alesandro Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88thth minute of the game Alesandro Coutinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joinville Esporte Clube's A.J. 韩文海 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Borys Gruchacz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerry Uchiha's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. The audience was convinced that Maurício Donatello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but A.J. 韩文海 was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Joinville United - FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Joinville Esporte Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
