With his leg Marcos Cotilla managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Templários MZC's Zula Marciewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Miguel Miralles hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Panama's Abraham Alguacil broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Panama booed when Templários MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Templários MZC's Laze Gjoka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the game Jose Carita made a throw-in which Tomas Berganza played forward. In the 31st minute, Roger Guedes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcos Cotilla. The goal made the score 2-0. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zula Marciewicz went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Jose Carita hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Victorio Dimas hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Laze Gjoka came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 52nd minute. 62 minutes into the match, Templários MZC's goalkeeper Laze Gjoka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abraham Alguacil during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th match minute, Templários MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Carlos Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Templários MZC made a substitution. Fernandão Pires replaced Zé da Silva. In the 70th minute of the match, Tomas Berganza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Laze Gjoka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jose Carita got a throw-in 81 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Isidoro Sarmiento. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Panama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Templários MZC:s goal. Marcos Cotilla had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Antônio Carlos Fernandes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 88th minute Templários MZC were awarded a corner. Antônio Carlos Fernandes went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Marciewicz in the 90th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Marciewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
