Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Valentin Zlatkov slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Zlatkov in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Zlatkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Stanley Wallace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Velizar Stavrev hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Zlatkov in the 25th minute of play. Valentin Zlatkovs short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Bruno Barrett to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 27th minute Valentin Zlatkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Zlatkov. In the 37th minute, Valentin Zlatkov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bruno Barrett. The goal made the score 3-0. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Berkovtsi's Valentin Zlatkov. But to his dismay, Valentin Zlatkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Zlatkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After having played for 48 minutes, Velizar Stavrev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Berkovtsi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Velizar Stavrev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Zlatkov was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Zlatkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Charles Cox hit a great ball. In the 59thth minute of the game Valentin Zlatkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curacao's Bruno Barrett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Valcho Hadzhiatanasov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Zlatkov in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Rocco Owen hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Zlatkov in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Zlatkov in the 72nd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lochlan Newman kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Valentin Zlatkov put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Zlatkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viden Kremenski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velizar Stavrev, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The FC Berkovtsi fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when FC Berkovtsi's Valentin Zlatkov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Valentin Zlatkov sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. 93 minutes into the game, FC Berkovtsi's Valcho Hadzhiatanasov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. 97 minutes into the game, Troy Kennedy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Berkovtsi the free kick. Troy Kennedy kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Berkovtsi had played much better football throughout.
