Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Hernán Leandro could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernán Leandro in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Dario Hussain put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Alfonso Kemen hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Leon Platense's Dario Hussain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernán Leandro got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute Hernán Leandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaafar Carrillo in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Gaafar Carrillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leon Platense's Gaafar Carrillo in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. In the 45th minute of the match Leon Platense got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Constantino Anaya ran over to the corner to take the kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Hussain to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaafar Carrillo in the 56th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Leon Platense's Klaas Alberts was substituted for Alfonso Kemen. After 64 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Hussain in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71st minute, Matias Sengrat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaafar Carrillo in the 73rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Leon Platense getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Klaas Alberts hit a great ball. After 92 minutes of play, Leon Platense's Gaafar Carrillo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Leon Platense players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
