In the 13th minute, Mariano Corderro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Herminio Roderigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Trinchera FC's goalkeeper Herminio Roderigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eloy Dimas succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Mariano Corderro sped through El Salvador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. 42 minutes into the game, Eloy Dimas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita. Eloy Dimas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Fernandino made a kick off. After 52 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Moises Fernandino. Moises Fernandino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Herminio Roderigo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Dimas in the 65th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trinchera FC made a substitution. Ryuji Laprise replaced Eloy Dimas. Ryuji Laprise struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trinchera FC. After a rather tough play, Trinchera FC's Mariano Corderro got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Luque in the 83rd minute of play forced Trinchera FC's goalkeeper Herminio Roderigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Cisco in the 85th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Cisco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abram Luque fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Abram Luque a yellow card for diving instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Trinchera FC had played much better football throughout.
