Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 6th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Andriy Lunin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Rohan Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Lunin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. got a corner. Canada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toralf Hell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Andriy Lunin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luka Harris in the 18th minute of the match. Rohan Watson took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andriy Lunin. Andriy Lunin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niculae Ungureanu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niculae Ungureanu got free with Jax Williamson in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Lunin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Andriy Lunin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Eustaquio Brufau was substituted for Siegfried Danielzick. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koby Wright stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nemanja Vidić hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Koby Wright's shot from long distance in the 51st minute was not bad at all, but SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Andriy Lunin knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The throw-in from Richard Mccarthy in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Eustaquio Brufau. David Elodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jax Williamson having to interfere. With his leg Andriy Lunin managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Canada's Carter George fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. David Elodio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Elodio in the 62nd minute of play. The Canada fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Canada's Carter George looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Andriy Lunin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Dixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Edwards in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andriy Lunin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Edwards in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andriy Lunin saved SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. from getting behind. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Dixon was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Theo Burton at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.. 0-3. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Toralf Hell in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Edwards in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andriy Lunin saved SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. from getting behind. Andriy Lunin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Edwards in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when David Elodio came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prince Anderson struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Andriy Lunin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canada. Andriy Lunin was a little too slow when Filip Edwards got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Canada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SC Freiburg 1904 e.V..
