Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jaime Pardo made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pardo in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salbatore Adelsdorfer saved Deportivo Lirayén from getting behind. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romano Bautista went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the last second Jacobo Nores throw himself and got hold of the ball when Romano Bautista in the 17thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 18th minute of the match Deportivo Lirayén got a corner. Paraguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hugo Orlando Quiroga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Juan Diego Tenorio kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romano Bautista in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute of the match Deportivo Lirayén got a corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romano Bautista in the 27th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30th play minutes Romano Bautista shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Jacobo Nores and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Deportivo Lirayén getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Shen Chen Xi hit a great ball. When Deportivo Lirayén's Romano Bautista in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Deportivo Lirayén's Shen Chen Xi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Salbatore Adelsdorfer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romano Bautista made a kick off. During the 54th minute of the match Shen Chen Xi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Shen Chen Xi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Deportivo Lirayén's Ulryk Redisz suffered a sore thigh after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 58 minutes, Primitivo Escribano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the Deportivo Lirayén players grew even worse after the yellow card. Deportivo Lirayén made a substitution. Justin Bastow replaced Ulryk Redisz. Primitivo Escribano hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Ramon María Guisado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Romano Bautista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Lirayén fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Paraguay's attentive Hector Covarrubias managed to snatch the ball when Romano Bautista made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Romano Bautista made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ramon María Guisado hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Alan Campos fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraguay's protests and gave Alan Campos a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Alan Campos. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romano Bautista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romano Bautista in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great ball. Xaiver Urresti hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Romano Bautista succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo Lirayén fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paraguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
