Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Enrique Cassaretto sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Enrique Cassaretto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Tulio Andinyach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Tulio Andinyach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Enrique Cassaretto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Cassaretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 26th minute, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Enrique Cassaretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Enrique Cassaretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but George Forsyth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. CD Municipal were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martino Armona took the corner. Enrique Cassaretto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Tulio Andinyach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Cassaretto to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Cassaretto in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cassaretto came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 61 minutes, Camilo Gaos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the CD Municipal players grew even worse after the yellow card. CD Municipal made a substitution. Ryota Miyagi replaced Enrique Cassaretto. CD Municipal made a substitution. Oalo Dean replaced Zlatan Molina. 65 minutes into the match, Oalo Dean notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 68 minutes into the match, Oalo Dean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oalo Dean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 70th minute, Iacob Roman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oalo Dean's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oalo Dean in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryota Miyagi in the 81st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oalo Dean, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 87th play minutes Oalo Dean shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Oalo Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Oalo Dean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ryota Miyagi came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryota Miyagi in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that CD Municipal were the better team. CD Municipal's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
