The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Gil dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil dos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severiano Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil dos Santos in the 6th minute of the match. Severiano Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento got control of the ball when Filomeno Pio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnaldo Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Vianna in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil dos Santos came free, but Severiano Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Vianna in the 30th minute of play. Adriano Secco charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adriano Secco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Israel Montae. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil dos Santos in the 40th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Severiano Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Falcão Marques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Santo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filomeno Pio to strike the kick off in the second half. Falcão Marques took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severiano Santo. Severiano Santo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 57 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil dos Santos came free, but Severiano Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Montae in the 60th minute of play. When Israel Montae came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Amboy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Montae couldn't finish the play. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Aznaro in the 65th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anier Fernado during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anier Fernado kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luís Eduardo Arce was substituted for Gil dos Santos. Anier Fernado hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. João Vítor Alves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severiano Santo. Amboy FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severiano Santo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adalberto Vianna scored 0-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severiano Santo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Vianna in the 77th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Severiano Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Hermínio Maciel got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Severiano Santo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Marques in the 86th minute of play. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Fontes in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Maciel to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
