Hernan Guillem's late challenge caught a 卡納里尼奧 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Guillem helped the player get up and apologised. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eurico Paes was substituted for Sidnei Dionísio. Tadeo Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 18th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Vítor Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães got control of the ball when Toko Tétah tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Lizbeth in the 53rd minute of the match.
