When Teofilo Corrillos fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's protests and gave Teofilo Corrillos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Corrillos to maneuver through the defense. José Luis Cuciuffo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llin Venero having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Dave Fleming managed to get in a good position for a shot. Memphis Grizzlies's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Fleming was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Llin Venero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Fernandez came free, but Gez Winship reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match Memphis Grizzlies got a corner. 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dave Fleming ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ian Webb was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 24th match minute, 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlomagno Agüero to maneuver through the defense. José Luis Cuciuffo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Llin Venero. Llin Venero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gez Winship was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Olentzaro Jane. Olentzaro Jane charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olentzaro Jane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 41 minutes into the match, 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Heinz Rummenigge came free, but Llin Venero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Generosb Prat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gez Winship. Generosb Prat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dalmacio Fernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Fleming got free with Llin Venero in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's Carlomagno Agüero got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Fernandez in the 63rd minute of play forced Memphis Grizzlies's goalkeeper Gez Winship to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute of the match Mouricio Poncelas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gez Winship showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Memphis Grizzlies's Ian Webb got a free kick in the 66th minute. Memphis Grizzlies made a substitution. Franz Henry replaced José Luis Cuciuffo. Ian Webb kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Dalmacio Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gez Winship saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ian Webb hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Memphis Grizzlies's Garry Nancy got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 79th match minute, Memphis Grizzlies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garry Nancy to maneuver through the defense. Dalmacio Fernandez struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Gez Winship didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO. 85 minutes into the game, Generosb Prat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 『盛世メ名門』CON-E-CO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Memphis Grizzlies the free kick. Generosb Prat hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Llin Venero came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Heinz Rummenigge slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when Generosb Prat came free, but Gez Winship reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generosb Prat in the 96th minute of play forced Memphis Grizzlies's goalkeeper Gez Winship to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Memphis Grizzlies players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
