Stanley Wallace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gergely Szűcs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Csaba Joó hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Harvey Doyle charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyle Davies to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Csonkahegyhát SC's Ervin Szentesi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Jónás Mezei sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Ervin Szentesi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Ervin Szentesi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ervin Szentesi in the 67th minute of play. After 74 minutes, Stanley Wallace mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Csonkahegyhát SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Stanley Wallace hit a great ball. Ákos Fülöp kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kyle Davies during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 81 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Kyle Davies. After 83 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Troy Kennedy.
