The throw-in from Moises Gayoso in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Muuga United's Anastasio Porfirio. The supporters of FC Muuga United booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Janar Taelma put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FC Muuga United were victorious despite being under pressure from Peru for much of the match.
