Laur Pererahu in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Muuga United's Dariusz Brudnicki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgo Lööper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Laur Pererahu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgo Lööper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. FC Muuga United's Virgo Lööper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgo Lööper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgo Lööper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute, Pascual Carballar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Virgo Lööper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Abram Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgo Lööper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 45th minute. Anastasio Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Virgo Lööper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 57th minute of play. Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Orlando Tafalla off the ground. In the 60th minute, Orlando Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, FC Muuga United's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Virgo Lööper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Axel Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Virgo Lööper quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urbano Castel in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abram Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgo Lööper. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. In the 76th minute, Colombia's Santino Seco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teet Vahing in the 83rd minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
