Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cassius Byrne made the kick off and thus started the match. Valeriu Morovan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. 5 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valeriu Morovan. A nice corner shot did that Virgil Oargă got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valeriu Morovan in the 9th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes of play, USA's Monty Rogers made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Crețu was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Muhammet Altın in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. In the 18thth minute of the game Muhammet Altın who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cassius Byrne struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Martin Crețu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. Martin Crețu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 29th minute of the match. Monty Rogers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 36th minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Martin Crețu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Ming Sheng in the 38th minute of play. After the first half USA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Stiinta-Univ. made a substitution. Șerban Rușanu replaced Virgil Oargă. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valeriu Morovan to make the kick off. If Valeriu Morovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the game, Monty Rogers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Martin Crețu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute, Monty Rogers fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Shi Ming Sheng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Martin Crețu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 72nd minute of the match. The corner led USA's Jacob May to fire away a dangerous shot which Martin Crețu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Shi Ming Sheng took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 80th minute, Monty Rogers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Khalid Parry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Crețu having to interfere. After 97 minutes Stiinta-Univ.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Khalid Parry got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-4. 98 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded USA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stiinta-Univ..
