Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Grabiel Escorcia got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes in the game, Julian Murillo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grabiel Escorcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Aveiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Grabiel Escorcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Aveiro having to interfere. Nacional's Cristiano Aveiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 16th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Grabiel Escorcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Cristiano Aveiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Aveiro saved Nacional from getting behind. In the 30thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nacional's Cristiano Aveiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, José Luis Rodríguez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nacional's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. In the 31st minute, José Luis Rodríguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Aveiro. Nacional's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Cristiano Aveiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Aveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nacional's Cristiano Aveiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. After 57 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia. But to his dismay, Grabiel Escorcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Camilo Candido in the 65 minute of the game. Cristiano Aveiro made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. When Damiano Fioravanti fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nacional's protests and gave Damiano Fioravanti a yellow card for diving instead. Damiano Fioravanti kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Luz Tejedor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cristiano Aveiro. Nacional's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Cristiano Aveiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nacional's goalkeeper Cristiano Aveiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Aveiro. Nacional's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The supporters of Nacional booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Aveiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 94th minute of play. The Nacional fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
